摘  要:为了更好地应用植物鞣剂,开发高品质的植鞣革,系统地研究了植物鞣剂的结构、性能及其改性方法,介绍了植物鞣剂与皮胶原纤维的作用机理,植鞣工艺关键参数及植物鞣剂在鞣制、复鞣中的应用进展,简述了植物鞣剂-金属盐结合鞣与植物鞣剂-醛结合鞣。植物鞣具有无毒、污染小、可生物降解等优点,植鞣革不含重金属离子、不含甲醛,符合清洁生产的环保要求与绿色、安全产品的发展理念,植物鞣剂的开发与改性将会成为绿色皮革化学品领域研究的重点,在绿色、清洁化制革生产中的应用也会越来越重要。In order to make better use of vegetable tannins and develop high-quality vegetable leather, the classification, structure, properties and modification methods of vegetable tannins were systematically studied. The mechanism of action between vegetable tannins and collagen fibers, the key parameters of vegetable tanning processes and the application progress of vegetable tannins in tanning and retanning were introduced. The combination tanning of vegetable tannins with metal salts and vegetable tannins with aldehydes were briefly introduced. Vegetable tanning have the advantage of non-toxicity, less pollution and biodegradability. Vegetable leather does not contain heavy metal ions and formaldehyde, which meets the environmental protection requirements of clean production and the development concept of green and safe products. The development and modification of vegetable tannin will become the focus of research in the field of green leather chemicals, and its application in green and clean leather production will become more and more important.
