摘  要:针对唐钢中厚板公司生产Q345R(HIC)钢的抗氢致开裂性能展开实验研究,并与常规压力容器用钢Q345R的抗氢致开裂性能进行对比。结果表明:Q345R(HIC)钢的抗氢致开裂性能优于常规Q345R钢,前者的裂纹长度率(CLR)、裂纹厚度率(CTR)及裂纹敏感率(CSR)均为0,具有良好的抗氢致开裂性能。Experimental research is performed on the HIC resistance of Q345R(HIC) produced by Tangsteel Me- dium and Heavy Steel Plate Company, comparison is made on the HIC resistance of custom Q345R steel for pressure vessel and Q345R(HIC) steel. The results show that the HIC resistance of Q345R(HIC) steel is better than that of custom Q345R steel. The crack length ratio,crack thickness ratio and crack sensitivity ratio of the former steel are all zero,which possesses good HIC resistance.
