摘  要:介绍了10 mm厚Q460C热成型汽车桥壳用高强钢的生产工艺,研究分析了生产工艺对钢板组织和性能的影响。炼钢过程中,通过降低钢中夹杂物含量、保护浇注、二冷区弱冷及铸坯堆垛缓冷等措施,提高了铸坯内外部质量;轧钢过程中,利用控制轧制方法获得细化的铁素体+珠光体组织。钢板的主要强化方式为细晶强化和第二相强化,钢板最终性能符合客户要求。The article describes the production process of high strength steel Q460C with 10 mm thickness used in the manufacture of hot forming automobile axle housing. The influence of production process on the microstructure and properties of steel plate are analyzed. In the process of steelmaking, the internal and external qualities of slab are improved by taking the measures of decreasing the amount of inclusions, shroud casting, soft cooling in secondary cool- ing zone, slab stack cooling, etc.. In the process of rolling, the fine microstmcture of ferrite and pearlite is obtained by controlled rolling. The main strengthening mechanisms of steel plate include grain refinement strengthening and sec- ond - phase strengthening. The final properties meet the requirement of customers.
