摘　　要：在现有生产设备上,对熔体直纺超细旦15dtex/24f涤纶FDY的生产工艺进行了实验。探讨了生产方法和相关工艺条件。通过对相关工艺如纺丝组件、缓冷区、冷却成型条件、上油条件、拉伸工艺等参数的合理选择,可批量生产出性能优异的涤纶超细旦15dtex/24f的FDY产品。On the existing production equipment, the production process of melt direct spinning superfine denier 15dtex/24f polyester FDY was tested. The production method and related technological conditions were discussed. FDY products with excellent properties of polyester super fine denier 15dtex/24f can be produced in batches through the rea-sonable selection of the parameters of related processes, such as spinning components, slow cooling zone, cooling form-ing conditions, oiling conditions and stretching process.
