摘 要:随着全社会环保意识的加强,天然可降解原料在纺织染整工艺中的应用越来越多,本课题对壳聚糖膜在尼龙织物防钻绒性能中的应用进行了实验,利用壳聚的成膜性将该材料涂覆在织物表面,形成纳米级厚度的涂层。由于壳聚糖膜本身具备透气透湿的功能,因而使超薄尼龙面料实现透气、柔软、防钻绒的性能。又通过对壳聚糖材料的改性,对膜的耐久性进行了多方面的考察,利用三硫代碳酸酯基团在紫外光激发下的自修复作用,提高壳聚糖膜耐磨耐水洗的性能,增强壳聚糖膜在服饰类纺织品加工中的实用性,使壳聚糖膜替代对环境污染严重的聚氨酯涂层,实现行业的环保效益。People are becoming more and more environment conscious, The natural degradable materials is more and more important for textile dyeing and finishing technology. In this paper, the application of chitosan in anti-drilling of nylon fabric was studied . The material was coated on the surface of the fabric by using the film forming property of the shell to form nanomembrane. Because chitosan film itself has the function of air permeability and moisture permeabil-ity, so that ultra-thin nylon fabric to achieve air permeability, soft, anti-drilling properties. Through the modification of chitosan, the durability of membranes was investigated in many ways. The self-repairing effect of trithiocarbonate group under ultraviolet light excitation was used to improve the wear resistance and washing resistance of chitosan film. Chi-tosan film was more practical in clothing textile processing. Using chitosan membrane to replace polyurethane coating with serious environmental pollution and substitute for polyurethane coating with serious environmental pollution,to achieving environmental benefits of the industry.
