摘  要:研究采用木屑和市政污泥混合物制备的生物炭与石灰石、沸石混配成镉污染土壤调理剂,连续两季施用于镉污染稻田。通过对土壤中生物有效态镉及水稻中镉的检测,探讨生物炭基调理剂连续施用的降镉效果及其对水稻吸收镉的影响。结果表明:施用该生物炭使土壤中生物有效性镉降低,与石灰石、沸石混配能进一步降低土壤中有效态镉含量;两季试验有效态镉最大降低幅度分别为27.8%和22.9%;施加沸石、生物炭及两者混配均能提高水稻千粒重,最高达24.2%;混配施用生物炭与石灰石、沸石比单独施用该生物炭能进一步降低水稻根和米中镉含量,与空白对照相比,两季中根镉最大降幅为29.1%,稻米中镉含量降低48.8%。Biochar was frst prepared from wood chips and municipal sludge, and then mixed with limestone and zeolite to form cadmium contaminated soil conditioner.The soil conditioner was applied in cadmium contaminated paddy felds for two crops. The effect on decrease of available Cd and absorption of rice had been probed in the continuous application of the biochar-based conditioner by detecting the content of available Cd in soil and total Cd in rice. The results showed that available Cd in soil decreased by using biochar and a further decreasing obtained when it mixed using with limestone and zeolite. The most decrease rate of available Cd in two crops was 27.8% and 22.9% respectively. The 1000-grain weight of rice was increased by applying zeolite, biochar or the mixture of both as the increase rate was high to 24.2%. Total Cd in rice roots was also further decreased by using the mixture of biochar, zeolite and limestone. And compared to blank group, the top decrease of Cd content in two crops was 29.1% in rice root and 48.8% in rice.
