摘　　要：国内外学术交流过程中,针对心电图诊断标注化、术语规范标准在心电图管理中的应用开展诸多研究,现阶段,心电图检查已经成为急性冠脉综合征确诊和后期治疗必不可少的辅助诊断工具,且能够为心肌梗死定位和抗心律失常药物检测评估等提供辅助。由此,该文针对心电图管理中存在的问题进行分析,发现其存在医护人员在心电图基础认知上存在明显的不足、医护人员关于医疗仪器设备安全知识认知不足、心电图检查缺乏规范等问题;其后分别针对心电图诊断标准化与术语规范新理念在心电图管理中的应用予以探讨。The paper develops most studies of application of electrocardiogram diagnosis standardization and terminology specification new concept in the Electrocardiogram management in the academic communication course at home and abroad,currently, the electrocardiogram has been the necessary adjunctive diagnosis tool of confirmation and late-stage treatment of acute coronary syndrome, and provide help for the test and evaluation of localization of myocardial infarction and antiarrhythmic drug. Therefore, the paper analyzes the existing issues in the management of electrocardiogram, find out the obvious disadvantages in the electrocardiogram basic cognition of medical staff, insufficient cognition of medical staff to the equipment safety knowledge of medical instrument and electrocardiogram lacking standards, and studies the application of electrocardiogram diagnosis standardization and terminology specification new concept in the electrocardiogram management.
