摘　　要：人口老龄化已经成为影响河南省社会经济发展的一个重要因素,传统文化、国家政策、慢性病等多种因素使养老成为亟待解决的社会问题。该文通过对河南省目前养老所面临的突出矛盾进行梳理和分析,提出以居家养老为核心,传统养老和机构养老模式为补充,从家庭、社会和政府3个方面构建和完善河南省多元化养老服务体系的政策建议。The aging population has been an important influencing factor of social and economic development in Henan Province, and the traditional culture, national policy, chronic disease and other factors make the old-age service become a social problem needing to be solved urgently. The paper combs and analyzes the prominent contradictions faced by the oldage care in Henan Province, puts forwards the policies and suggestions of constructing and improving the diverse old-age service system from the family, society and government by taking the home-based care as the core and traditional old-age care and institutional old-age care model as the supplement.
