妊娠期高血压综合征中医护理临床路径实施效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察中医临床护理路径在妊娠期高血压综合征中的应用效果。方法 100例妊娠期高血压综合征孕产妇随机分为观察组和对照组,各50例。对照组采用常规护理措施,观察组采用中医护理临床路径实施护理。比较2组护理满意度、护理质量达标率、依从性及相关知识知晓情况。结果观察组护理满意度、护理质量达标率、治疗依从性高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。观察组妊高症相关知识、新生儿护理技能掌握情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论妊高症中医临床护理路径能够为患者提供优质的护理方案,提高患者的依从性及知识知晓率,提高患者满意度。Objective To investigate the application effect of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） clinical nursing path in patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome. Methods Totally 100 pregnant women with pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome were assigned to the observation group and the control group, wilah 50 cases in each group. The control group was giv- en routine care, and the observation group was given interventions based on TCM clinical nursing path. The satisfactory degree of patients, standard rate of nursing quality assessment, rate of treat- ment compliance and awareness of disease-related knowledge were assessed and compared between two groups. Results The satisfactory degree of patients, standard rate of nursing quality assess- ment and rate of treatment compliance were higher in the observation group than those in the con- trol group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Patients in the observation group were more knowledgeable about the pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome and neonate care skills compared with those in the con- trol group （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The TCM clinical nursing path is able to provide high-qual- ity nursing services for pregnant women with pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome, so as to improve their disease awareness and treatment compliance.
