漏斗形清创车在急诊手外伤清创中的应用

摘　　要：本研究报告了一种漏斗形清创车在急诊手外伤清创中的应用效果。选取急诊手外伤患者144例,予以漏斗形清创车+无菌台上2次清创,术前、术中、术后给予相关护理。患者术后恢复良好,无严重并发症发生。除1例左手环指伤口严重污染伴血管损伤者行植皮手术外,其余未见明显感染症状。在急诊手外伤清创中使用漏斗形清创车能有效减少护士和护工工作量,减少职业暴露,对降低感染风险、促进患者手功能恢复具有积极意义。This study mainly reported the application efficacy of an infundibular debridement cart in the debridement of emergent hand injuries. The enrolled 144 patients with emergent hand injuries were given infundibular debridement cart plus sterile platform debridement twice, and pre- operative, intraoperative and postoperative nursing measures were taken. All the patients had good postoperative recovery, and no severe complications occurred. Except that 1 case of severe con- tamination in the wound of the left ring finger accompanied by vascular injury underwent skin grafting, other cases had no obvious infectious symptoms. Infundibular debridement cart in the de- bridement of emergent hand injuries can effectively relieve the workload of nurses and nursing workers, reduce occupational exposure and decrease the risk of infection so as to recover the hand function and shape fast.
