心脏支架植入术后导尿管拔除致尿道大出血1例原因分析及护理对策

摘　　要：本研究回顾了1例老年男性心脏支架植入术后导尿管拔除致尿道大出血的临床资料。该例患者有前列腺增生病史,且支架植入术后第2天采用双抗治疗。本研究分析了导尿管型号、拔除导尿管时间及方式对尿道损伤的影响,并总结相关预防和护理对策。This study retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of one patient with urethrorrha- gia induced by catheter withdrawal after coronary stent implantation. This patient had a history of benign prostatic hyperplasia and received antiplatelet agents （clopidogrel, aspirin） after coronary stent implantation. This study analyzed the influence of the type of catheter, withdrawal time and withdrawal method on urethrorrhagia, and to summarize nursing countermeasures according to the potential risk factors.
