摘  要:为了有效预防孤岛工作面遗煤氧化自燃,采用公斤级的程序升温装置对孤岛面的原煤和浸水煤初次和二次氧化升温、降温过程的自燃特性及"滞后"效应进行研究,结果表明:原煤和浸水煤升温、降温过程气体产物曲线呈现"非对称性",升温过程相对降温过程产生"滞后"效应;初次氧化之后,二次氧化过程耗氧速率增大,自燃危险性增大;原煤浸水之后,自燃危险性显著增大。In order to effectively prevent coal spontaneous combustion in the isolated working face,the spontaneous combustion characteristics and the lagging effect of the initial and secondary oxidation heating and cooling processes of the raw and soaking coal in the isolated face were studied by a kilogram level temperature programmed device. The results show that the gas product of the raw coal and soaking coal during heating and cooling shows asymmetric curve, the heating process produces lagging effect relative to the cooling process, the oxygen consumption rate and spontaneous combustion risk increases during the secondary oxidation process, and the spontaneous combustion risk of the soaking coal increases significantly.
