锦纶6熔体过滤器滤芯的高温水解清洗方法及成本分析

摘　　要：介绍江苏海阳化纤有限公司锦纶6聚合生产线的运行现状,分析3种聚合法的特点,指出目前公司聚合体熔体过滤器滤芯清洗存在成本过高问题,提出一种高温水解清洗法。介绍高温水解清洗工艺,从清洗效果、投资、环保、安全及成本等方面进行对比分析,认为高温水解清洗法是锦纶6熔体过滤器滤芯清洗的较好方法。The operation status of nylon 6 polymerization production line of Jiangsu Haiyang Chemical Fiber Co., Ltd. was introduced and the characteristics of three polymerization methods were analyzed. It was pointed out that the current cost of the cleaning of the polymer melt filter core in the company was too high, and a high temperature hydrolysis cleaning method was proposed. The related cleaning process was introduced and the cleaning effect, investment, environmental protection, safety and cost were compared and analyzed. It is considered that the high temperature hydrolysis cleaning method is a good one for cleaning the nylon 6 melt filter core.
