摘 要:依据入炉煤的理化指标、镜质体反射率分布等煤岩分析结果所制定的试验入炉煤配煤方案进行相应的工业实验,根据试验炉的装煤高度、实际结焦时间、试验期间焦炉横排温度测试结果,通过对不同结焦时间下焦炭热强度波动规律的分析,探讨同一配比入炉煤焦炭热性能指标随结焦时间变化的影响因素,总结其主要影响因子及影响范围,优化不同炼焦条件下的配比方案以降低生产成本。研究表明:在焦炉热工操作和配煤方案稳定的基础上,焦炭热强度随着结焦时间的延长而存在规律性变化,适当延长结焦时间可明显改善焦炭的热性质,可考虑通过延长结焦时间、适当降低入炉煤工艺指标以降低配煤成本;即对于改善焦炭的热性质,30h^32h为较理想的结焦时间。According to the coal petrography analyzing results of physical and chemical indicators of coal as fired and vitrinitc reflectivity distribution, the coal blending plan of coal as fired was formulated, and the industry experiment was done, according to the coal loading height, actual coking time, testing results of coke oven horizontal temperature in experimental period, through analysis on coke thermal strength fluctuation law under different coking durations, the influencing factors of coking thermal performance changing with coking time in the same blending ratio of coal as fired were discussed, the main factors and influencing range were concluded, the blending plan of different coking conditions was optimized, which could reduce the production cost. The research showed that: on the basis of coke oven thermal operation and stable coal blending plan, the coke thermal strength has regular change law with the extending of coking duration, the suitable extending of coking duration could improve the thermal property of coke obviously, the extending of coking time and reducing of coal as fired parameter could be considered to reduce the coal blending cost; for improving the thermal property of coke, 30 h-32 h could be the ideal coking duration.
