泮水煤矿6号煤层煤质特征及其工业用途评价

摘　　要：简述泮水煤矿的概况及其6号煤层煤的物理性质、煤岩特征、工艺性能等,结合浮煤回收率、筛分试验、简易可选性评价等煤层煤的可选性分析及工业用途评价,指出6号煤层为全区可采煤层,其煤层厚度大且为较稳定煤层类型,煤炭资源量大,具有低水分、低灰分、低硫分、特低挥发分、特低磷、特低氯、特高发热量、高固定碳、高热稳定性、高软化温度灰的性质,煤类为无烟煤三号,其原煤可直接用于发电用煤及水泥回转窑用煤。The general circumstances of Panshui coalmine, and the physical properties, coal petrography characteristics, process performance were introduced in this paper. Combining with the coal washability analysis and industrial path evaluation such as floating coal recovery rate, screening test, simple separation evaluation, it was indicated that the No. 6 coal seam is the whole area workable coal seam, the coal seam thickness is thick, and the coal seam type is stable, the coal resource amount is big, it is the low moisture, low ash, low sulfur, especially low volatile matter, especially low phosphorus, especially low chlorine, especially high calorific value, high fixed carbon, high thermal stability, high softened temperature ash coal, the coal type is anthracite No. 3, the raw coal could be used directly to power generation and cement rotary kiln coal.
