摘　　要：简述煤炭采样的现状,并简要分析机械采样机的类型,结合商品煤生产运输情况、产品进仓方式对煤样的影响、采样机选型分析、运输环境对采样机选型与安装的影响等方面进行自动采样机设备选型分析,根据不同的自动化采样机设备特点和安装环境需求,确定适合矿井火车外运商品煤检测的自动采样机类型,以保证所采取的商品煤煤样具有代表性。The status of coal sampling was dcscriptcd briefly, and the type of mechanical sampling machine was analyzed too in this paper. In view of the production and transportion of commercial coal, the influence of product entry mode to coal sample, the analysis on equipment selection of sampling machine, the influence of transport environment to selection and installation of sampling machine, the selection analysis of automatic sampling machine was analyzed. According to the characteristics of different automatic sampling equipment and installation environment requirements, the type of automatic sampling machine was suitable for the detection of commercial coal transported by train, to ensure the representation of commercial coal sample.
