心脏超声在老年原发性高血压合并2型糖尿病患者诊断中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的分析老年原发性高血压合并2型糖尿病诊断中心脏超声的应用效果。方法 2017年11月—2018年4月,于该院收治的老年原发性高血压合并2型糖尿病患者中选取30例为研究对象,将其归为观察组,再选取该院同时期收治的30例老年原发性高血压为对照组,两组患者均接受心脏超声检查,对其诊断结果进行对比分析。结果与对照组对比,观察组LVMI、LVM、PWT、IVST、LVDd等左心室结构指标水平更高,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组对比,观察组FS、E/A、A峰、E峰等心脏功能指标水平更低,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论老年原发性高血压合并2型糖尿病诊断中心脏超声的应用效果显著,可推广。Objective To analyze the application of cardiac ultrasound in the diagnosis of elderly patients with essential hypertension and type 2 diabetes. Methods From November 2017 to April 2018, 30 patients with primary hypertension and type 2 diabetes admitted to the hospital were selected as the study group, and were selected as the observation group. 30 elderly patients with primary hypertension were included in the control group. Both groups underwent eehoeardiography and their diagnosis results were compared. Results Compared with the control group, the left ventrieular structural indexes of LVMI, LVM, PWT, IVST, and LVDd were higher in the observation group, and there were significant differences between the groups （P〈0.05）. Compared with the control group, the observation group of FS, E/A, levels of cardiac function indicators such as A peak and E peak were lower, and there were significant differences between the groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of eehoeardiography in the diagnosis of elderly patients with essential hypertension and type 2 diabetes is significant and can be promoted.
