摘 要:目的探讨激光疗法治疗2型糖尿病高脂血症的效果及其作用机制。方法选取2015年6月—2017年5月该院收治的2型糖尿病高脂血症患者80例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。均接受基础治疗,观察组在此基础上接受激光疗法治疗,疗程为20 d。于治疗前后进行血脂检查和血液流变学检查,观察各临床症状的改善情况。结果经治疗后两组患者的总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)均较治疗前显著降低(P<0.05),高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)均较治疗前增加(P<0.05),观察组上述指标优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组全血低切粘度、全血高切粘度、红细胞压积均较治疗前显著改善(P<0.05),观察组全血低切粘度、全血高切粘度、纤维蛋白原、红细胞压积优于对照组(P<0.05)。血浆粘度均有所降低,但治疗前后比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组头晕、胸闷、乏力、气短等症状的改善情况优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论激光疗法治疗2型糖尿病高脂血症效果显著,能有效改善患者的血脂、血液流变学和临床症状,其作用机制可能与低能激光体外照射可作用于不同穴位,发挥温经通脉、疏通经络、分解胆固醇和降低血液粘度等功效有关。Objective To investigate the effect and mechanism of laser therapy on type 2 diabetes mellitus with hyperlipidemia. Methods Eighty patients with type 2 diabetes hyperlipidemia admitted to the hospital from June 2015 to May 2017 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 40 cases in each group. All patients received basic treatment, and the observation group received laser therapy on this basis for 20 days. Blood lipid examination and hemorheology were performed before and after treatment to observe the improvement of various clinical symptoms. Results After treatment, total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) were significantly lower (P〈0.05), high-density lipoprotein cholesterol, HDL-C was higher than that before treatment(P〈0.05). The above indexes in the observation group were better than those in the control group (P〈0.05). The low blood viscosity, whole blood high viscosity and hematocrit of the two groups were significantly improved compared with before treatment (P〈0.05). The whole blood low viscosity, whole blood high viscosity, fibrinogen and hematocrit in the observation group, better than the control group (P〈 0.05). Plasma viscosity decreased, but there was no statistical significance before and after treatment(P〉0.05). The improvement of symptoms such as dizziness, chest tightness, fatigue and shortness of breath in the observation group was better than that in the control group (P〈0.05). Conclusion Laser therapy is effective in the treatment of type 2 diabetes with hyperlipidemia. It can effectively improve the blood lipids, hemorheology and clinical symptoms of patients. The mechanism of action may be combined with low-energy laser irradiation to different acupoints. It is related to the effects of meridians, cholesterol breakdown and blood viscosity reduction.
