摘  要:超声染色可以降低染色温度和染色时间,提高染色效率。优化超声染色工艺参数是超声染色工艺设计与生产控制的关键。以超声波频率、染色温度、染料质量分数与染色时间为优化工艺参数,织物上染率为优化目标,利用正交试验对纯棉织物超声波染色的工艺参数进行优化,得到优化结果如下:超声波频率为30kHz、染色温度为45℃、染料质量分数为2.5%、染色时间为40min。Ultrasonic dyeing can reduce the dyeing temperature and dyeing time, and improve dyeing efficiency. Optimization of ultrasonic dyeing process parameters is the key to ultrasonic dyeing process design and production control. With the ultrasonic frequency, dyeing temperature, dye concentration and dyeing time chosen as the optimum technological parameters and the fabric dyeing rate taken as the optimum objective, the process parameters of ultrasonic dyeing on cotton fabrics were optimized by orthogonal test. The optimized results were as follows: ultrasonic frequency was 30 kHz, dyeing temperature was 45 ℃, dye mass fraction was 2.5%, and dyeing time was 40 min.
