摘　　要：目的构建移动急救单元,提升疗养院现场应急救治能力。方法采用SWOT分析法对疗养院构建移动急救单元的内部条件、外部环境进行分析,并选择相应的战略对策。结果优势是有骨干队伍、基本急救设备、专家支持;劣势为急救设备不够轻便、年轻人员缺乏经验、医疗文书不便使用;机遇是符合疗养院发展方向、可借鉴的成功经验、具有推广应用价值;威胁为社会变革影响、检验与推广平台较小、医疗文书缺乏权威性。基于SWOT分析,制定发挥优势持续改进、主动作为积极演训、用好外力提升完善、转化劣势规范疗案等对应的策略。结论发挥优势、规避劣势,把握机遇、化解威胁,能顺利建成并平稳运行疗养院移动急救单元。Objective To build mobile emergency unit and upgrade emergency treatment capacity in sanatoria. Methods SWOT analysis method was used to analyze the internal and external conditions of mobile emergency unit in the sanatorium, and select the corresponding strategic countermeasures. Results The strengths include core medical team, basic emergency equipment, expert support and so on. The weakness was that the emergency equipments were not portable enough, young medical staffs were inexperienced, and medical documents were inconvenient. The opportunities were that the mobile emergency unit met the development direction of the sanatorium, with successful experiences for reference, and with application value for social promotion. There were also threats from the impacts of social transformation, narrow testing and application platforms, and lack of authority in medical documents. The corresponding strategies were formulated, such as continuous improvement to maximum advantages, taking positive and initiative training, making good use of external forces, standardizing medical documents to transform disadvantages. Conclusion The mobile emergency unit of sanatorium can be built and run smoothly by developing advantages, avoiding disadvantages, grasping opportunities and resolving threats.
