摘　　要：目的探讨智能化电子护理看板在护理工作中的应用,分析其在临床护理工作中的应用前景。方法通过对比上海交通大学医学院附属第九人民医院泌尿外科和口腔外科病房安装智能化电子护理看板,前后1年内两种护理看板在护理工作中的应用,分析比较智能化电子护理看板和传统非电子护理看板对护理工作质量、不良事件发生率的影响,同时通过调查问卷方式对比护士对两种不同护理看板评分评价,探讨智能化电子护理看板在护理工作中的优势。结果使用智能化电子护理看板的护理工作在基础护理、病房管理、重点环节交接、安全用药和安全输血等方面的护理质量评分均明显高于使用传统非电子护理看板得分。不良事件发生率方面,使用智能化电子护理看板不良事件发生率为0.17%(1/600),使用传统非电子护理看板为0.83%(5/600),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护士对智能化电子护理看板的评价认为,电子看板操作简单、方便,简化交班流程,查看护理文书更便捷,更促进敏感指标知晓,能够及时提醒患者完善检查,避免护理工作遗漏。结论护士在临床护理工作中,应用智能化电子护理看板,不仅简单易操作,可提高护理质量,减少不良事件,还能简化护理交接班流程,减少护理工作遗漏,值得在临床推广并使用。Objective To explore the application of intelligent electronic nursing board in nursing workand to analyze its application foreground in clinical nursing. Methods By comparing the application of two kinds of care boards in nursing work within one year before and after the installation of intelligent electronic nursing kennel in the Department of Urology and Oral Surgery, Ninth People＇s Hospital, Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine, analyze and compare the influences of intelligent electronic nursing billboard and traditional billboard on the quality of nursing work and the incidence of adverse events Nurses＇ scores on two different nursing board were compared through questionnaires to explore the advantages of intelligent electronic nursing board in nursing work. Results The care quality scores of basic care, ward management, key aspects of the transfer, safe medication and safe blood transfusion and other aspects were significantly higher in intelligent electronic nursing billboard than the traditional billboard. The incidence of adverse events was 0. 17% （ 1 / 600） for electronic board and 0. 83% （5 / 600） for traditional nursing board, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0. 05）. Nurses＇ opinions were that the electronic board was simple and convenient to operate, which simplified the shift process, made it more convenient to check nursing documents. Additionally, it can promote the awareness of sensitive indicators, and promptly remind patients to complete the inspection and avoid nursing omissions. Conclusion For nurses in the clinical nursing work, the intelligent electronic nursing billboard is not only easy to operate. Its application can not only improve the nursing quality and reduce adverse events, but also streamline the nursing care transfer process and reduce nursing care omissions, which is worthy of clinical promotion and use.
