摘　　要：目的分析上肢训练伤住院病例的疾病特点,为提高训练伤的预防救治水平提供数据参考,同时为相关的决策者提供决策支持。方法提取2011—2015年度某军队医院近五年上肢训练伤住院病历进行分析。结果共提取到91份因上肢训练伤住院病历,其中战士占94.2%,平均年龄25岁,以骨折伤最为多见。结论部分官兵对上肢损伤认识不足,缺乏康复治疗的系统指导,相关的知识有待提高;同时,借鉴美军经验建立全军创伤救治信息系统,将有助于基层军医更好服务于官兵。Objective To analyze the characteristics of the relevant inpatients, in order to provide reference data to improve the level of prevention and treatment of upper training injury, and provide decision support for relevant decision makers. Methods To investigate the medical records of inpatients with upper limb training injury from 2011-2015. Results A total of 91 hospitalized medical records of the upper limb training injury were extracted, of which 94. 2% were soldiers, the average age was 25, and the most common injury was fractures. Conclusion Some officers and soldiers were lack of enough knowledge about upper limb injuries and systematic guidance for rehabilitation treatments, and relevant knowledge needs to be improved. Meanwhile, establishing a military trauma treatment information system which is an experience from the US Army will help military doctors better serve officers and soldiers.
