摘　　要：官兵健康是战斗力的基础,随着军队现代化建设进程不断推进,为部队服务传统模式已不能满足部队官兵的健康需求。分析军队医院护理队伍为体系部队服务存在的问题及原因,采用任务目标相对精确、服务内容相对精炼、对接时机相对精准、人员责任相对精晰的新型服务模式,即医院护理单元对接部队基层服务模式,做到医院预防保健资源有效向部队官兵倾斜、向基层营连延伸。The health of officers and soldiers is the basis of combat effectiveness. With the continuous advancement of military modernization, traditional military health service model cannot meet the needs of officers and soldiers. This article analyzes the existing problems in military hospital nursing service for the grassroots units and the reasons behind. The new service model is proposed with relatively precise mission objectives, refined service content, accurate timing of docking and clear personnel responsibilities, which has effectively extended the hospital＇s health care resources to the officers and soldiers in the army, especially to the grassroots camps.
