摘　　要：军检招生是确保向部队输送合格后备人才的一个重要环节,严把军检招生关就是为祖国的国防事业建设做贡献,为部队选拔输送优秀后备人才。某院结合三年来承担的军校招生体检工作所面临的问题及突发状况,不断改进体检系统,建立一套独特的"高效、合理、公平"的军队院校高招体检管理流程。The physical examination of military academy admissions is an important link to ensure the delivery of qualified personnel to the troops. The strict process management is to contribute to the construction of national defense and to select and transport outstanding reserve personnel for the army. In combination with the problems and sudden situations during the medical examination in the military academy for three years, the hospital has continuously improved the physical examination system, and established a set of unique “efficient, reasonable and fair” medical examination management process of the military colleges and universities.
