摘　　要：介绍研制的短支热电偶温度校验炉,其插入深度仅为75 mm,测温范围为300~800℃。通过双端控温技术,温度的高准确度测量技术,微弱信号的抗干扰技术,研制出一套温度控制准确,具有较小温度波动度,轴向及径向温差的温度校验炉,为校准高温短支热电偶提供了恒温设备。The temperature block calibratior ranges from 300 ℃ to800 ℃, and the Immersion depth is only 75 mm. Through the double itemtemperature control technology, high accuracy measurement technologyof temperature, Anti-interference technology of weak signal. A set oftemperature check furnaces with accurate temperature control, smalltemperature fluctuation, axial and radial temperature difference havebeen developed to improve the constant temperature equipment for thecalibration of high temperature short type thermocouples.
