摘　　要：全域旅游作为引领我国当前旅游产业转型升级的重大战略,为新时代旅游产业发展指明了正确方向。城市步行街景区拥有丰富的历史人文旅游资源,在老城区升级改造过程中应当统筹运用全域旅游发展理念,加强相关部门联动机制,完善绿道公共服务体系,优化设计绿色生态绿道,同时整合都市周边旅游资源,深度挖掘历史文化内涵,推动地方特色文化创新融入到绿道旅游载体设施之中,打造区域内独具品牌特色的绿道旅游。As a major strategy to lead the transformation and upgrading of China＇s current tourism industry,the global tourism has pointed out the correct direction for the development of the tourism industry in the newera. The city pedestrian street scenic area has rich historical humanities and tourism resources. In the process ofupgrading and reconstructing the old city, the concept of global tourism development should be integrated, thelinkage mechanism of relevant departments should be strengthened, the green road public service system shouldbe improved, the green ecological greenway should be optimized, and the urban periphery should be integrated.Tourism resources, deep excavation of historical and cultural connotations, promote the integration of localcultural innovation into the greenway tourism carrier facilities, and create greenway tourism with unique brandcharacteristics in the region.
