摘 要:包角调整架的结构优化设计是传动带摩擦系数试验台整体结构优化的重要内容,本文利用Ansys Workbench软件,首先对包角调整架初始的设计结构进行了静力学分析和拓扑优化分析,然后根据初始的分析结果及结构的制造工艺、定位约束等要求,对包角调整架结构进行了优化改进,最后对优化后的结构再次进行了静力学分析,确保了拓扑优化的合理性。结果表明:经过优化后得到包角调整架的静态特性有所提高,同时实现了结构的轻量化。通过对比,较之前结构的最大应力减小了1.63%,最大总体变形减小了2.67%,质量减轻了3.814kg。The structural optimization design of the wrap angle adjustment frame is an important part of the optimization of the overall structure of the belt friction coefficient test rig. In this paper,static analysis and topology optimization analysis of the initial design structure of the wrap angle adjustment frame is firstly done by using Ansys Workbench software,and then the optimization of the angle adjustment frame structure is improved on the basis of the initial analysis results as well as the requirements of the manufacturing process and positioning constraints. Finally,the static analysis is performed on the optimized structure to ensure the rationality of the topology optimization. The results show that the static characteristics of the optimized wrap angle adjustment rack are improved and the lightweight of the structure is realized. By comparison,the maximum stress of the previous structure is reduced by1. 63%,the maximum overall deformation is reduced by 2.67% and the mass is reduced by 3.814 kg.
