摘　　要：习近平总书记从民族问题、民族工作的发展规律、基本国情和处理模式等方面丰富和发展了中国特色社会主义民族理论对民族问题、民族工作的认识;科学判断了新时代我国民族问题、民族工作所面临的阶段性特征,找到了新时代我国解决民族问题、做好民族工作的症结所在;准确把握了新时代我国解决民族问题、做好民族工作的本质要求、基本遵循、目标指向、价值取向、根本保证等,对我国解决民族问题、做好民族工作进行了全面部署;系统总结了我们党解决民族问题、做好民族工作的基本经验,为进一步丰富和发展中国特色社会主义民族理论,以及新时代我国解决民族问题、做好民族工作提供了科学指南。General Secretary XI Jin-ping enriched and developed the ethnic theory of socialism with Chinese characteristics on ethnic issues from the law of development of ethnic issues, united multi-ethnic ＂family property＂ of China and the mode of dealing with ethnic issues ; he comprehensively analyzed the domestic and international situation of China＇ s ethnic work for a new era, made the scientific judgment and found the sticking points of ethnic work, and pointed out the direction for ethnic work;he also explicated the essential requirements, basic principles, basic idea, value orientation and organizational guarantee of ethnic work;finally he summed up the basic experience of the CPC in dealing well with ethnic issues and doing a good job in ethnic work ,which provided a scientific guide for enriching and developing the ethnic theory of socialism with Chinese characteristics and guiding the practice of China＇ s ethnic work for a new era.
