卡前列素氨丁三醇联合子宫背带式缝合预防高危产妇剖宫产术后出血效果观察

摘　　要：目的研究卡前列素氨丁三醇与子宫背带式缝合联合应用对于预防高危产妇剖宫产术后出血的临床效果。方法本研究根据2016年5月～2017年5月期间于本院行剖宫产的96例高危产妇的临床资料进行回顾分析,根据其预防产后出血的方式分为研究组与对照组两组,采用卡前列素氨丁三醇联合子宫背带式缝合术β-Lynch缝合术的方式预防产后出血的48例为研究组,采用常规的宫腔纱条填塞方式预防产后出血的48例为对照组。对两组产妇的术后2 h和24 h的出血量、下床时间、住院时长进行分析。结果经过分析发现研究组产妇术后2 h的出血量少于对照组(t=12.082,P<0.05),术后24 h的出血量也少于对照组(t=15.702,P<0.05),研究组产妇术后下床时间少于对照组(t=6.682,P<0.05),住院时长也少于对照组(t=13.096,P<0.05),两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论卡前列素氨丁三醇联合β前列素氨丁三缝合术的方式预防产后出血效果明显,建议进行推广。Objective To study the clinical effect of combined application of carboprost tromethamine and uterine strap suture on preventingbleeding after cesarean section in high-risk parturients. Methods The clinical data of 96 high risk parturients who underwent cesarean section in ourhospital from May 2016 to May 2017 were analyzed retrospectively. According to the way of preventing postpartum hemorrhage, they were dividedinto two groups, the study group and the control group. In the study group, 48 cases were treated with carboprost tromethamine combined with uterinedorsal strap suture to prevent postpartum hemorrhage. In the control group, 48 cases were treated with routine uterine cavity gauze packing to preventpostpartum hemorrhage. The bleeding volume, the time of getting out of bed and length of stay in the two groups of pregnant women after 2 hand 24 h were analyzed. Results The amount of bleeding 2 hours after operation in the study group was less than that in the control group （t=2.082,P〈0.05）.The amount of bleeding in 24 hours after operation was less than that in the control group （t=15.702, P〈0.05）. The time of getting out ofbed in the study group was less than that in the control group （t=6.682, P〈0.05）, and the length of stay in hospital was less than that in the controlgroup （t=13.096, P〈0.05）. The differences between the two groups were statistically significant. Conclusion Carboprost-tromethamine combinedwith beta-prostaglandin-tromethamine triple suture is effective in preventing postpartum hemorrhage.
