复方鳖甲软肝片联合恩替卡韦治疗乙肝后肝硬化临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨乙肝后肝硬化实施复方鳖甲软肝片联合恩替卡韦治疗的临床效果。方法择本科室2016年1月～2017年6月间80例乙肝后肝硬化患者,实施随机数表分组:传统组(n=40)、联合组(n=40),传统组实施恩替卡韦治疗,联合组实施复方鳖甲软肝片联合恩替卡韦治疗,对比不同用药方案的效果。结果联合组患者治疗总有效率较传统组明显升高(P<0.05),联合组患者治疗后谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶水平较传统组明显降低(P<0.05),联合组患者治疗后透明质酸酶、层粘连蛋白、Ⅲ型前胶原水平较传统组明显降低(P<0.05)。结论乙肝后肝硬化实施复方鳖甲软肝片联合恩替卡韦治疗可达到良好的临床效果。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of hepatitis B cirrhosis Fufangbiejiaruangan combined with the entecavir treatment.Methods Choose 80 cases of liver cirrhosis patients during January 2016 to June 2017, the implementation of random number table groups, traditionalgroup （n=40） and combination group （n=40）. The traditional group received entecavir treatment group, combined with Fufangbiejiaruangancombined with entecavir treatment, the ratio of different medication effect. Results The group of patients with the total effective rate of the treatmentgroup increased significantly compared with the traditional （P〈0.05）, alanine aminotransferase and aspartate aminotransferase levels were significantlylower than the traditional group combination group after treatment （P〈0.05）, hyaluronic acid, laminin, type III collagen level was significantlyhigher than before the traditional group decreased in combination group after treatment （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The implementation of hepatitisB cirrhosis Fufangbiejiaruangan combined with entecavir treatment can achieve good clinical results.
