替格瑞洛与氯吡格雷对急性ST段抬高型心肌梗死的临床疗效对比分析

摘　　要：目的分析替格瑞洛、氯吡格雷治疗急性ST段抬高型心肌梗死的效果。方法以本院2013年3月～2017年3月内接诊的82例急性ST段抬高型心肌梗死患者为例,按照住院号奇偶数分为对照组、研究组,各41例,对照组患者接受氯吡格雷治疗,研究组患者接受替格瑞洛治疗,对比分析两组不良心血管事件以及hs-CRP、MAR等变化情况。结果研究组不良心血管事件发生率为(4.88%),对照组不良心血管事件发生率为(9.76%),两组不良心血管时间发生率比较差异无统计学意义;但研究组hs-CRP、MAR明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论替格瑞洛、氯吡格雷在急性ST段抬高型心肌梗死患者治疗方面的效果相当,但替格瑞洛的抗血小板聚集作用更显著。Objective To analyze the effect of vililo and clopidogrel in the treatment of acute ST segment elevation myocardial infarction.Methods 82 patients with acute ST elevation myocardial infarction in our hospital during March 2013 to March 2017 admissions for example, accordingto the number of hospitalized oddeven divided into control group and study group, 41 cases in each group, control group patients receivedclopidogrel treatment, the study group received ticagrelor treatment, the ratio analysis of changes in two groups adverse cardiovascular events as wellas hs-CRP, MAR etc.. Results The occurrence rate of adverse cardiovascular events as （4.88%）, the control group of adverse cardiovascular eventsincidence rate （9.76%）, two groups of adverse cardiovascular events rate had no significant difference; but the research group hs-CRP, MAR was significantlylower than the control group, significant difference, there is statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of treatment of acuteST segment elevation myocardial infarction is similar to that of the two groups, but for Grillo＇s anti platelet aggregation effect is more significant.
