观察厄贝沙坦联合苯磺酸氯地平治疗老年糖尿病高血压合并高尿酸血症患者的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的研究厄贝沙坦联合苯磺酸氯地平治疗老年糖尿病高血压合并高尿酸血症患者的方法和效果。方法选取2014年1月～2018年4月本院收治的老年糖尿病高血压合并高尿酸血症患者40例进行研究,平均分为两组,其中对照组20例,使用厄贝沙坦进行治疗,观察组20例,在对照组的基础上联合苯磺酸氯地平进行治疗,对两组患者的血压水平改善情况和血尿酸水平改善情况进行对比与分析。结果接受治疗前,两组患者的血压水平和血尿酸水平对比差异均无统计学意义。接受治疗后,观察组患者在血压水平改善和血尿酸水平改善方面均优于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论使用厄贝沙坦联合苯磺酸氯地平对老年糖尿病高血压合并高尿酸血症患者进行治疗能够获得更好的治疗效果,患者的血压水平和血尿酸水平均能够得到显著改善,不良反应发生率非常低,值得在临床上进行广泛的推广与应用。Objective To study the method and the effect of irbesartan combined with chlordipine besylate in the treatment of elderly diabetic hypertensivepatients with hyperuricemia. Methods During January 2014 to April 2018 40 cases in our hospital were elderly diabetic patients with hypertensionand hyperuricemia were studied, which were divided into two groups, including 20 cases in the control group, the use of irbesartan treatment,20 cases in the observation group in the control group based on the combined benzene sulfonic acid amlodipine treatment, and improvement ofblood uric acid levels of the two groups of patients with blood pressure levels were compared and analyzed to improve the situation. Results Before the treatment, there was no significant difference between the blood pressure level and the blood uric acid level in the two groups. After the treatment,the patients in the observation group were better than the control group in the improvement of blood pressure level and the improvement ofblood uric acid level （P〈0.05）. No significant adverse reactions were found in all patients after treatment, and there was no significant difference inthe incidence of adverse reactions. Conclusion The use of irbesartan combined with amlodipine besylate on elderly patients with diabetic hypertensionand hyperuricemia treatment can get better treatment, the level of blood pressure and blood uric acid level of patients can be improved significantly,the incidence of adverse reaction is very low, it is worthy of promotion and application widely in clinic.
