摘 要:近年来,河南省电力负荷、电源结构以及在国家电网中的枢纽地位发生了巨大变化,2016年最大负荷已达52. 08GW,电源结构以火电为主的格局已转变为火电与外部调入电力并存,河南电网已初步建设成为华中电网的火电基地及西北、华北、华中三大区域电网联网的枢纽。原抽水蓄能电站规划已不能满足电力发展需求,为保证电网安全稳定运行,急需对河南省抽水蓄能电站建设重新规划布局,进行相关探讨并提出建议。In recent years,Henan Province's power load,power supply structure and the pivotal position in the national power grid have undergone tremendous changes. In 2016,the maximum load has reached 52. 08 million k W. The structure of power supply has been transformed from depending mainly on thermal power into basing on the coexistence of thermal power and external adjustment. Henan power grid begin to become the thermal power center for central China power grid and the hub for interconnecting Northwest,North China and Central China power grids,the three major regional power grids. The original pumped storage power stations cannot meet the need of power development. In order to ensure the safe and stable operation of the power grid,it is urgent to re-plan the layout of pumped storage power stations in Henan Province. It makes relevant discussion and recommendations.
