摘  要:利用小型压榨机模拟甘蔗制糖压榨提汁过程,设5种处理对甘蔗进行提汁,通过准确计量甘蔗、蔗渣量和蔗汁量,计算其甘蔗糖分并作对比分析。以寻找某一时期公司的两生产线《生产报表》中计算的甘蔗糖分严重偏差的主要原因。分别对生产线混合汁与蔗渣进行连续采样检测其蔗糖分,可算出两压榨生产线在同一时期所榨的甘蔗蔗糖分应相近。反之,如果渗浸水的计量出了问题,造成生产报表中计算结果未能真实反映出所榨甘蔗的糖分,以致对整个生产线总收回率的考核失去了意义。The process of sugarcane juice extraction was simulated by a small press. Five kinds of treatmentswere set up to extract the juice of sugarcane. The sugar content of sugarcane was calculated by accuratelymeasuring the amount of sugarcane, bagasse and sugarcane juice, and analysis and comparison of sugar contentwith different treatments was conducted. In order to find out the main reasons for the serious deviation of sugarcontent from production statement in the two production lines in a certain period of time. The sucrose content ofmixed juice and bagasse was determined by continuous sampling, and the sucrose content of cane was similar inthe same period. On the contrary, if there is a problem with the measurement of infiltration water, the calculationresults in the production report can not truly reflect the sugar content of the cane being pressed, so that theassessment of the total recovery rate of the whole production line has lost its significance.
