摘 要:为明确土壤基施农业微生态制剂对垄作栽培甜菜产量及品质的影响,分别以基施化肥加农业微生态制剂37.5 kg/hm2和75 kg/hm2为处理1和处理2,以单施化肥为对照,在黑龙江3个试验地点进行了田间小区试验,为甜菜生产中科学施用微生态制剂提供理论依据。结果表明,施用农业微生态制剂能够提高甜菜苗期叶片SPAD值,3个地点均增加甜菜产量,增加幅度为5.39%~13.20%,不同地点含糖率增加幅度为0.06~0.29度,产糖量增加6.49%~13.04%。说明,农业微生态制剂在垄作栽培模式下,通过土壤基施对甜菜产量和品质提高具有促进作用,建议生产中化肥配合该微生态制剂使用。To investigate the effect of agricultural microecologics on the yield and quality of sugarbeet in ridgeculture, the experiment was conducted at the three experimental sites in Heilongjiang province, and threetreatments were set up: base fertilizer of conventional chemical fertilizers (CK, as control), CK + 37.5 kg/haagricultural microecologics and CK + 75 kg/ha agricultural microecologics, to provide theoretical basis for thescientific application of microecologics in sugarbeet production. The results showed that the application ofagricultural microecologics increased the SPAD value of leaves of sugarbeet at seedling stage. The root yield wasincreased was from 5.39% to 13.20% in three sites, the increase range in sugar content was from 0.06% to 0.29%at different sites, and the increase of sugar yield was from 6.49% to 13.04%. The results revealed that under thecultivating mode of ridge culture, the agricultural microecologics improved the yield and quality of sugarbeet, andit is recommended to use with chemical fertilizers as base fertilizer in production.
