摘　　要：无锡愚公谷,是晚明江南盛极一时的一座名园,却在园主去世后不久,未及入清,即为他人占据,析作多个祠堂。该园现存史料相当丰富,而现有研究的广度和深度尚难以与之匹配。本文将澄清已有研究中与园主邹迪光生平及园林文献《愚公谷乘》相关的一些误会,随后通过检阅园林、祠堂相关文献记载,对照园址现存遗迹,展开晚明时期的愚公谷布局推测复原。Yugong Valley was a garden with a huge reputation in Jiangnan area in Late Ming. Before Qing dynasty, it had been occupied by other families and used as their family shrines. Materials about the garden are so abundant that extant researches have been far from matching them. This paper will clarify several misunderstandings of the garden owner Zou Diguang and the garden record Book of Yugong Valley in previous researches, and then unfold estimations of the garden layout in Late Ming based on literal records of the garden and family shrines and historical remains.
