中美对非洲海外耕地投资东道国的选择差异与影响因素分析

摘　　要：研究目的:分析中美两国在非洲地区海外耕地投资东道国的空间差异,以及影响投资东道国选择的影响因素。研究方法:文献资料法,空间分析法,计量分析法。研究结果:空间分析显示,中美两国在非洲的海外耕地投资东道国多集中于撒哈拉以南的非洲地区,但是美国东道国选择的地域集中程度比中国更高;统计分析显示,影响中国东道国选择的因素为东道国耕地总面积和人均GDP,影响美国东道国选择的影响因素为人均GDP、企业信息披露程度指数、外国直接投资净流入量和商业银行分支机构数。研究结论:美国在非洲进行海外耕地投资东道国选择时考虑的因素比中国多,美国的相关投资决策也更为规范。The purpose of this paper is to analysis the spatial difference and impact factors of China and America＇s overseas farmland investment host country selections in Africa. The methods employed in this paper include literature analysis, spatial analysis and quantitative analysis. The result of spatial analysis shows that most host countries of overseas farmland investment selected by China and America concentrate in the sub-Saharan Africa, but the concentration degree regarding selected host countries of America＇s overseas farmland investment is higher. The result of quantitative analysis shows that the impact factors of China＇s selection are total area of farmland and per capita of GDP, while America＇s are per capita of GDP, disclosure index of enterprise information, net flows of FDI and number of commercial bank branches. It is concluded that the impact factors of America＇s overseas farmland investment host country selection are more than China＇s, and the invest decision of America is more-normalized.
