摘 要:提出了一种结构新颖的约束屈曲支撑结构。该支撑采用Q235钢,内芯为端部内侧设置有加劲肋和加劲板的钢管,外围约束构件为普通钢管。通过对全长15 m的足尺试件施加低周拉压往复循环荷载,研究其受力性能与滞回耗能能力。试验结果表明:该约束屈曲支撑承载能力和滞回性能表现良好,可作为承载型约束屈曲支撑运用于实际工程。同时发现内加劲肋起始点是该约束屈曲支撑最薄弱的部位,若需将该约束屈曲支撑作为耗能阻尼器,则仍需对内置加劲肋进行改进。A new type buckling-restrained brace was proposed. The buckling restrained brace(BRB) was made of Q235 steel. Its inner core was a steel tube with stiffening ribs on the inner side of the end. The external constraint part of this BRB was a common steel tube. 15 meters full scale specimen were designed for experimental study, in order to learn about its mechanical properties and hysteretic performance. Then it was found that this BRB had good mechanical properties and hysteretic performance and could be applied to practical project. And it was also found that the initial point of the internal stiffener was the weakest part of this BRB. In order to make this BRB be used as an energy dissipation damper, the internal stiffener was still needed to be improved.
