摘  要:以一典型110 kV输电工程中双钢管杆结构为研究背景,采用2个尺度分步对该结构在设计阶段的关键连接节点的应力状态进行分析。先对双杆钢管杆整体结构做受力分析,然后将关键节点从整体结构模型中隔离,根据整体分析结果对节点结构施加相应的位移和应力边界条件,建立了合理的节点局部力学分析模型。然后通过有限元法分析得出节点部位的应力分布,根据分析结果对超过容许应力的部位提出加固措施,并进行节点结构重分析和应力强度评估。结果表明:该加固方案满足了结构应力强度设计要求。A typical two-pole steel tubular in 110 kV transmission line engineering was taken as analytical object. The strategy of two scales was used to analyse the working stress distributions of the connection joints of the steel tubular tower in the design. The internal forces of all components of the tower structure were obtained by the finite element method with the beam elements. Some key joint parts were separated from whole structure of the steel tubular tower. The displacements and forces on the boundary of the separated joint structures were obtained from the results of the finite element analysis for whole steel tubular structure. The stress distributions of the local structures of the connection joints were successfully obtained by using the finite element method with the shell elements. According to the computed results of the joint structures,a reinforcement scheme related to the connection joint was put forward to the modified design so that the working stresses in the key joint of the tower after adding the strengthening ribs could be less than the allowable stress. The reinforcement scheme met the structure design requirements.
