摘 要:为解决新型墙板装配式钢结构在现场安装时遇到的技术难点,结合某实际工程对现场墙体围护结构、现场拼接处缝隙处理以及插入式梁柱节点连接问题进行探析,将安装难点回馈于设计以提高施工效率。分析表明:采用钢骨架、聚苯板与生土填充物料构成的新型板墙具备诸多优良特性;采用螺栓连接+填充嵌缝材料方法处理墙体与墙体、楼板与墙体等拼接缝隙取得了良好效果;结合有限元分析设计了新型墙板装配式钢结构体系中的插入式梁柱连接节点,提高了安装效率,经计算可知:梁柱连接节点轴向拉力极限承载力为435kN,在水平剪力作用下梁柱连接节点柱端加劲可使连接节点水平承载力提高1.25倍。To solve the technical difficulties of wallboard prefabricated steel structure encountered in the on-site installation, based on a practical engineering, the paper discussed the retaining wall, the gap treatment in the field stitching processing, and the connection of insert-type beam-column joints, the difficulties in the installation process were concerned in design to improve construction efficiency. The analysis results showed that: the new wallboard with steel skeleton, polystyrene board and earth filling material consisting had many excellent characteristics; the bolted connection and filling caulking material processing method were used to treat the gaps between wall and wall, floor and wall, and achieved good results; combined with the finite element analysis results, the insert-type beam-column connection of the new wallboard prefabricated steel structure system was designed, and the efficiency of the installation was improved, the calculation results showed that the ultimate bearing capacity of beam-column connections under axial tension was 435 kN, the column end stiffening of the joint of the lower beam-column could increase the bearing capacity of the connection by 1.25 times under horizontal shear force.
