摘 要:广东云商大厦建筑高度为480.93 m,结构形式为钢筋混凝土框架-核心筒结构,核心筒为束筒体系,从下往上束筒个数由6个逐步减少为2个,核心筒采用顶模施工,顶模系统根据功能划分为平台系统,挂架系统和液压顶升系统。针对核心筒顶模施工的特点,对顶模施工原理、施工工艺流程及顶模安装进行了系统的阐述,并对顶模各系统进行了有限元分析。平台系统各构件的强度、稳定应力比都在0.7以下且小于1.0,均满足强度、稳定承载力要求;挂架系统各构件稳定应力比都在0.6以下,存在较大的安全度,满足强度要求;支撑箱梁各构件最大位移约为5.3 mm,小于最大位移限值10 mm,最大应力都在100 MPa之内,远小于钢材的屈服应力,均满足GB 50017—2003《钢结构设计规范》要求。The height of Guangdong cloud business building is 480.93 meters and its structure form is reinforced concrete frame and core tube structure. The core tube is bundled tube system which the number decrease from six to two by bottom to top, the jacking formwork system is divided into platform system, suspension frame system and hydraulic jacking system by function. According to core-tube jacking formwork construction characteristics, it formulated jacking formwork construction principles, construction technology process and jacking formwork installation, and carries out finite element analysis to various systems of the jacking formwork. The strength and stabilization stress ratio were below 0.7 that less than 1.0, meeting the strength and stability bearing capacity requirements for various components of the platform system; the stabilization stress ratio was below 0.6 for various components of the suspension frame system, it had greater degree of safety, meeting the strength requirement. The displacement maximum of various components of support box beam was about 5.3 millimeters that less than 10 millimeters, and the stress maximum was below 100 MPa that far less than the steel yield stress, meeting the Code for Design of Steel Structures(GB 50017—2003)requirement.
