摘  要:格芯(成都)集成电路制造项目工程一期规划的芯片厂房采用大跨度钢屋架,现场施工条件复杂,施工难度大,为保证结构的安装质量和施工进度等要求,经综合比选后,采用高空累积滑移施工方案。通过对几个典型工况滑移过程中屋架的跨中竖向位移、支座同步性、关键杆件应力进行现场实时监测和及时反馈,有效保证了该滑移施工的顺利实施。另外基于对监测数据的分析,论证了该滑移施工方案的合理性,并对滑移施工关键技术提出了合理建议。The long-span spatial steel is used in chop manufactory of the Chengdu integrated circuit manufacturing project. Because of the complex construction conditions, high altitude cumulative slip construction is adopted to ensure the installation quality and construction requirements of the structure after full consideration. The vertical displacement, bearing synchronicity and key bar stress during the sliding process are monitored in several conditions on the spot. The smooth implementation of the slip construction scheme is guaranteed when getting feedback. In addition, based on the analysis of monitoring data, the reliability of the sliding construction technology is demonstrated and reasonable suggestions for critical sliding construction technologies are also proposed.
