摘　　要：目的探讨肿瘤患者行PICC后出现静脉血栓的原因以及相应的护理预防措施。方法选取正在该院进行长期输液和化疗的肿瘤患者105例为研究对象，所有患者均进行PICC置管，自患者置管开始即观察并给予护理措施。结果共有6例患者发生静脉血栓，应用抗凝治疗后患者的病情逐渐恢复，分析发现患者发生静脉血栓除了与置管有直接的关系外，还与患者所患的疾病、治疗过程中的用药以及患者的活动度有一定的相关性。结论熟练的穿刺技术以及实施相关的护理措施能有效减少PICC患者静脉血栓的发生。Objective To explore the causes of venous thrombosis after peripherally inserted central catheter （PICC） in tumor patients and corresponding nursing precautions. Methods A total of 105 patients with tumors under- going long-term infusion and chemotherapy in this hospital were selected as the research subjects. All patients were trea- ted with PICC catheterization. Nursing measures were observed and administered at the beginning of catheterization. Results A total of 6 patients developed venous thrombosis, and the patients＂ condition gradually recovered after antico- agulation therapy. It was found that venous thrombosis was not only directly related to catheterization, but also related to drug use in the course of disease treatment and activity of patients. Conclusion Skilled puncture techniques and re- lated nursing measures can effectively reduce the occurrence of venous thrombosis in patients with PICC.
