摘  要:采用无土栽培技术,研究了不同光照时间、光照强度、pH值和播种期对白芷幼苗生长特性的影响。结果表明,随着光照时间的增加,白芷幼苗的生长速度呈现先增加后减小的趋势,以光照7h/d最佳。白芷幼苗的生长随着光照强度的减弱呈先增加后减小的趋势,以1层遮阳网处理最适宜,其中光照强度为3层遮阳网处理的白芷幼苗在21d后全部死亡。当pH值小于6.0时,白芷幼苗的生长速度随着pH值的增加而加快,当pH值大于6.0时,白芷幼苗的生长速度随着pH值的增加而减慢,pH值为6.0时表现最适。播种期不同,种子萌发及第1片真叶长出的速度也不同,10月播种能明显缩短发芽及长出第1片真叶的时间。By using soilless cultivation techniques,effects of sowing dates on the growth of Angelica dahurica seedlings crease of light duration, growth speed of An,gelica dahurica seedlings firstly increased and then decreased, and the best light duration was 7h/d.When light intensity gradually became weakening,the seedlings growth of A.dahurica also firstly increased and then decreased,growing best under one layer of sun-shading net.In this experiment,all those seedlings placed under three layers of sun-shading net died after 21 days.As to the effect of pH, seedlings grew fastest in cuhure solution of 6.0 pH.However, seedlings grew slowly when pH value was less or greater than 6.0.In addition,different sowing dates led to different speed of seed germinating and to different time of growing out the first tender leaf.The first tender leaf grew significantly faster when the seeds sowed in October compared with those sowed in other months.
