摘 要:针对西部高寒地区特殊气候条件,对不同温度条件下、不同掺量的聚丙烯腈纤维混凝土的抗裂性能、力学性能、变形和耐久性等性能进行试验研究。结果显示,聚丙烯腈纤维能显著提高砂浆的抗裂性能。常温下在混凝土中掺入聚丙烯腈纤维对混凝土有少许的弱化作用,但在低温条件下冻融循环后当聚丙烯腈纤维混凝土掺量为0. 5%时的抗压强度、弹性模量和变形模量均较高,质量损失率则较低。因此,在西部高寒地区,聚丙烯腈纤维掺量为0. 5%时,能提高混凝土的抗裂性能、低温力学性能和抗冻性,聚丙烯腈纤维混凝土可用于水利水电工程项目中。The performances of crack resistance, mechanical properties, deformation and durability of concrete with different amounts of polyacrylonitrile fiber under different temperatures are tested by experiments. The test results show that the polyacrylonitrile fiber can significantly improve the crack resistance of mortar. At normal atmospheric temperature, the adding of polyacrylonitrile fiber will slightly weaken the strength of concrete, but under the condition of low temperature freeze-thawing cycles, the compressive strength, elastic modulus and deformation modulus of concrete with polyacrylonitrile fiber volume of 0. 5% are higher than those of other content, and the mass loss rate is lower than that of other content. Therefore, the crack resistance, low temperature mechanical properties and frost resistance of concrete in high and cold region can be improved when the content of polyacrylonitrile fiber is 0. 5%. The polyacrylonitrile fiber concrete can be used in water conservancy projects in high and cold regions of west China.
