摘 要:用实验室井式坩埚炉熔炼铸造了2种合金,通过光学显微镜、扫描电镜、电子万能试验机等,研究了添加微量Ce对7B04铝合金的组织变化、成分分布和力学性能的影响。结果表明:添加微量Ce后,因成分过冷的作用,合金铸态晶粒明显细化;经固溶时效处理后,在合金的抗拉强度和屈服强度变化不明显的情况下,添加Ce的合金伸长率提高明显;经断口形貌分析,添加稀土Ce的合金断口形貌晶粒明显细化,韧窝明显增多,属于穿晶断裂为主的形貌,而未添加稀土Ce的合金,断口以沿晶断裂为主,晶界处有裂纹,断口韧窝少。Two kinds of alloys were cast in a well crucible furnace in the laboratory.The effect of adding trace Ce on the microstructure changes,composition distribution and mechanical properties and microstructure changes of 7 B04 aluminum alloy by adding trace Ce was studied by means of optical microscope,scanning electron microscope and electronic universal testing machine.The results show that the ascast grains of the alloy with trace Ce addition are obviously refined due to the effect of constitutional supercooling.The tensile strength and yield strength of the alloy do not change obviously after the solution aging treatment,while the elongation of the alloy with Ce increased obviously.The fracture morphology analysis shows that the alloy with Ce added is mainly transgranular fracture,meanwhile,the grains size are refined and dimples increase obviously.For the alloy with no Ce,the fracture surface is mainly intergranular with cracks at grain boundary,and with less dimples.
