摘  要:风力达到14级的"天鸽"超强台风造成华发广场-3(49号地块)9号楼的6号塔式起重机(型号为TC6012)顶部2道附着发生扭曲破坏,自第5道扶墙标准节2个角螺栓断裂,随风倾倒依附于结构女儿墙。为避免受损塔式起重机引起次生灾害,首先对塔式起重机的现状、拆除和再利用进行风险评估;其次对塔式起重机高空拆除关键技术进行研究,提出施工方案,明确关键控制要点;最后制订相应的风险管理预案,形成相对完善的技术与风险管控体系。实践表明,该体系确保了拆除过程安全可靠、拆卸后的再利用价值最大化。Typhoon Tiange, with wind power up to 14, caused twisted damage to the top two attachments of TC6012 tower crane on the 9 th floor of Huafa Plaza-3(Block 49). From the two corner bolts of the fifth wall standard section were broken, the tower crane fell on the structural parapet as the wind coming.In order to avoid the secondary disasters caused by the damaged tower crane, firstly, the risk assessment of the tower crane's status, demolition and reutilization was carried out. Secondly, the key technologies of crane tower altitude demolition were researched and the construction scheme was proposed, meanwhile,the key control points were clarified. Finally, the corresponding risk management plans were drafted and a relatively perfect technology and risk management and control system were formed.Practice showed that the system ensured that the demolition process was safe and reliable, maximizing the reuse value after demolition.
