摘　　要：有机体体长及其两性异形的地理变异是进化生物学的热点问题,贝格曼定律(Bergman’s rule)和伦斯法则(Rensch’s rule)分别解释了物种体长及其两性异形的地理变异.本研究以秦岭山系的4个不同海拔种群的隆肛蛙(Feirana quadranus)为研究对象,探讨了其体长及两性异形的海拔变异.结果表明:不同海拔种群隆肛蛙的体长存在显著的差异,但体长并不随海拔的增加而增加,其不符合贝格曼定律.然而,压轴回归分析(reduced major axis regression,RMA)发现雌性体长与雄性体长存在明显的异速生长关系(βRAM=0. 627),其与反伦斯法则一致.Variations in body size and sexual size dimorphism（ SSD） in organisms are critical views in evolutionary biology. Bergman＇s rule states that body size of animals is larger in cooler environment than that in warm environment. According to Rensch＇s rule,SSD increases with increasing body size when males are the larger sex and decreases when females are the larger sex. Here,we studied altitudinal variations in body size and SSD across four Feirana quadranus populations in Qinling Mountains in China from March to August 2017. The results showed that body size of this species did not increase as altitude increased,which was inconsistent with the Bergman＇s rule. However,we found that the reduced major axis（ RMA） regression male size on female size across populations revealed a significant allometric growth（ βRAM= 0. 627）,and the degree of SSD increased with increasing mean size in females,which was consistent with the inverse of Rensch＇s rule.
