摘　　要：近几年,高校大型贵重仪器设备的使用、管理与使用效益一直是高校管理研究的热点问题,是衡量高校办学水平和办学能力的重要基础条件之一.本文通过介绍首都师范大学在进口设备采购及大型仪器管理方面的实践经验,探索了高校大型贵重进口免税设备的流程化管理,从政策、资金、技术等方面研究了保障和提高大型仪器的使用效益的制度与方法.In recent years,the use,management and utilization benefit of precious instruments and equipment in colleges and universities have been a hot issue in university management research,which are the important basic conditions to measure the level and ability of running a school. Based on the practical experiences in purchasing and managing imported instruments and equipment in CNU, this paper explores the processing management for precious instruments and equipment. We also studied the systems and methods for ensuring the use of precious instruments and equipment in terms of policy,funding,and technology.
