摘 要:为进一步改善传统船用轴带电机冷却困难、铁芯利用率低和响应速度慢等缺点,提出轴-径向复合磁场结构的船用轴带电机。根据中小型内河船的工作需要,结合解析法和有限元分析法确定电机各项参数,在Ansoft Maxwell 14. 0软件中进行性能验证,并在MATLAB/SIMULINK中搭建基于船舶轴带发电机Z源逆变器的电压矢量脉宽调制(Space Vector Pulse Width Modulation,SVPWM)控制模型。通过仿真波形,验证了所设计的电机性能良好,相电流与相电压可保持同相位。在直流电压恒定时,改变直通零矢量的占空比,可获得系统要求的电压,且Z源逆变器的升压和并网能力得以实现。The combined radial-axial magnetic structure is introduced into the marine shaft generator for better cooling efficiency,faster response and less iron. The parameters of the generator are defined by means of analytic method and the finite element analysis,particularly,according to the needs of the inland ships of small and medium size. The design parameters are examined with Ansoft Maxwell 14. 0. A Z-source inverter-based Space Vector Pulse Width Modulation( SVPWM)control model is built with MATLAB/Simulink and simulations are carried out. The simulation results indicate that the generator design is feasible,being able to keep the voltage and the current in phase and under the condition of constant DC voltage and supply required voltage to the system through adjusting the duty cycle of shoot through vector. The functions of voltage boost and synchronization of the Z-source inverter are also examined.
